Retail Uses of the Two Way Radio
If you manage a warehouse, a grocery store or a large department store, you might use a two way radio to stay in contact with your employees throughout each shift. When you must traverse such expansive spaces to get from one part of a building to another, you do not want to take the time necessary to seek out and locate employees that are constantly on the move. Stockers and floor employees are often in various locations throughout their shifts because their job requirements. However, if you need to let a floor employee know about a clean up in the produce section, it is more subtle and pleasant for customers if you let him or her know about it via a two way radio rather than over the public announcement speaker.
